More than 40 executives and employees of Cebu CFI Community Cooperative trooped to Panglao Bohol for its annual presentation of plans and programs for 2022, during which five strategic thrusts and directions were identified: Manual of Operations, proposed budget for 2022, and targets.

“This (workshop) is the most important discussion in every organization,’’ said Chairman Garcia.
All functional groups considered their dependencies to deliver their goals on schedule, thus ensuring close coordination between and among department heads.
The task required a deeper understanding of each duty, strength, and strategy.
