Introducing the CFI CALL CENTER where you can finally call your CFI COOP and expect to be answered. All you have to do is dial (032) 255-25-25, our trained call center agents are always on the line to answer your queries and concern. Just be ready to provide your personal data, email address, and mobile number so they can be effectively addressed and answered.
In case your call center agent cannot address your concerns at the time of call, it will be forwarded to the appropriate CFI department for a resolution. And a ticket number will then be issued for monitoring purposes. You will also receive a periodic text and email messages on the status of your case until it is resolved.
You can also track the status of your case by logging in your assigned ticket number at CFI Help desk at www.cficoop.com.
