About us
Cebu CFI Community Cooperative is one of the biggest and oldest cooperatives in the country. It is an incorporated cooperative existing since 1970. It is duly registered as a Cooperative in Good Standing with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). CFI is a members-only incorporated entity which has over the years, grown to more than 155,000 members and continues to grow by the day because of the benefits enjoyed from membership.

Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (Business related degrees are an advantage);
- With experience is an advantage;
- Willing to be assign in any branches.
Core Competencies
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Organized, detail oriented and with strong interpersonal skills.
Scope of Work
- Primarily recruits new members of the coop and comply with the target set by the membership manager as to marketing;
- Assist the walk-in member's to their online registration thru E-Services and educate the members on E-Services facilities;
- Answers members' questions or concerns on membership, investment, loans, mutual medical assistance, Coop Loan Protection Plan insurance and deposit facilities;
- Responsible for developing marketing campaigns;
- Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies;
- Conducts regular visits to offices to promote the services of the cooperative;
- Coordinates with the membership manager for the implementation of the marketing strategies to other marketing field personnel.
