Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3โ4 years of solid experience in HR, preferably in performance management, organizational development, analytics, preferably within a cooperative, financial institution, or regulated organization.
- Practical knowledge of performance metrics, KPIs, and appraisal tools.
- Proven experience in handling performance-related employee relations cases, including Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and coaching interventions.
Core Competencies
- Strong background in performance analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Competent in MS Excel and basic HRIS systems for reporting and tracking performance.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and presentations.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across branches and departments.
Scope of Work
- The Talent Performance Specialist ensures the effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of employee performance. The role supports managers and departments in achieving operational goals by maintaining accurate performance metrics, administering appraisal tools, and providing actionable analytics.
